For instance, you can eat protein and fiber-rich food at breakfast. Good carbs and fat at lunch, and so on.

Sleeping enough is important. If you don’t get sound sleep, it can lead to appetite loss due to hormonal imbalance, reduction in physical and mental health or balance, and so on. It also affects the quality of your skin. So, try to relax your mind and get a sound sleep.
